珠串垂片耳飾 / Earrings with Carnelian Pendant

 

噶瑪蘭婦女盛裝配戴的耳飾，是以多彩小玻璃珠串成珠鍊，下端垂墜一片紅色瑪瑙片；上端以銅鉤吊掛於耳洞配戴。耳飾的型式色彩與足脛飾和腕飾類同。

 

The earrings worn by the Kavalan women in ritual occasions were made of threaded colorful small glass beads. A carnelian pendant could be hung at the end to enhance the beauty of the earrings. The style of Kavalan earrings is similar to those of the leglets and anklets.
